MY 5 FAVORITE PROTECTIVE STYLES, NATURAL HAIR

So you decided to go natural, you had your big chop or you're transitioning you don't want the big chop, but in both situations you want your hair to grow nonetheless. Now you are unable to figure out which hairstyle will be suitable and still look  great, come down hunnie, here are styles that will upgrade your look.

1.BRAIDED BOB
This hairstyle is so cute it should be on it's own style selection! They are perfect because they are light and hence you don't have to bear any weight. They are suitable for any occasion and you can either style with braids or even yarn like the photo above.

2.BOX BRAIDS

Whether medium or jumbo, they are always on trend. They are diverse in styles like cute updos, ponytails and you can play around with color. You can either opt to stick to long or short lengths.

3.DOUBLE HALO BRAID

If you already feel like an  Angel, then why not look like one as well? You will need to use big chunky braids for most of your hair with smaller ones in the front, at the top of your head. Wrap them around the top of your head for a halo effect. This look suites everyone.

4.CORNROW PONYTAIL

Cornrows on their own are a great protective styles for your natural hair. Bringing them up into a high or low ponytail, is an easily elegant style. Whether thick or thin, this style works beautifully and it's super easy to maintain your scalp with cornrows.

5.GHANA CORNROWS

If you like the idea of cornrows but you are not that much into small braids, then ghana braids are for you. Choose chunky or jumbo, you can try feed in braids too. Ghana cornrows come in a variety of styles, one of them my favorite is the pretty flattering style that will make you shine among your peers,it's the side sweft.

FIN.

In which ever protective style you choose, make sure it's done right to avoid hair breakage, because for you to grow long Natural hair, it's about length retention.

Which one of these did you go about with.
