Esther nagawa Nakitende,38 yrs old.

Esther is a proud Mom of 3 awesome kids. Born and raised in Uganda in a family of 5 kids, but now lives in Toronto Canada since 2006. Nakitende is a plus size model, confident and comfortable in her own skin, she is one of the people who made me start appreciating my size.

You can be fat, skinny, tall, short and dark, but one thing is crystal clear, if you don't love yourself, then nobody can. Esther is always encouraging plus size women to love their bodies and embrace their curves.

Nakitende Esther thoroughly works out,but she says:
"Am working out to be fit but not to lose weight, my        doctor says am completely healthy. If you are plus size embrace your body the way you are. People will always have opinions of you, most will be negative, vicious, to be safe, ignore those comments. "

 Her encouraging words:
"Surround yourself with people who build you up not knock you down, never take the negative opinions to heart. Get ready to be judged, people think that plus size people are lazy and unhealthy which is a misconception. We work out, eat healthy and according to our doctors we are healthy but we are still judged. Young girls in this generation will have it harder, we see celebrities who were once proudly plus size, loosing weight to fit to Hollywood standards. But we need to try and be happy with ourselves rather than trying to fix ourselves in."

Most curvy girls in African cannot step out in short dresses, me included lol, but Nakitende has definitely changed that♥.

Esther is comfortable the way she is, furthermore, her body is what earned her fame and audience at large. Today I celebrate her, check her out, she is hot like fire, sexy and beautiful.

You too hunnie Love your body the way you are.

20 GREAT THICK GIRL WORK OUTFITS

One amazing thing is being done by working women all over the world and not only involves advocating for themselves, balancing work and family, avoiding office politics and working their tushes off but also looking good while doing it. While most of these difficulties can't be addressed with a credit card and an online store, when you find one problem that can be so easily solved, you'd better solve it dear. Finding a great dress for work is a tricky business especially for the plus size women, and there are a few things you will want to keep in mind. First and foremost, how comfortable is the dress. At the end of the (10-hour) day,it doesn't matter how great you look if you've been itching all day.not breathing or otherwise uncomfortable since 8 a.m,and comfort isn't just about how your clothes feel, but how you feel in them. After all, if you spend most of a meeting trying to pull down your dress to ensure you are totally covered, your probably not at your optimal ...
